Hello mcm i am mat and im looking to start a server

Ive decided to start a small server which will start with 4GBs of ram

Requirments

14+ (Mature)
Able to put $20 straight away into it. For hosting
50 50 profit deal
Knows a small bit of java or if none knows someone who can code plugins and be the server dev
