Hi Guys! Today i am selling a small 60x60 teams spawn. (images shown here: )
I would start the Bidding at $5 dollars and go in increments of $2. The BIN is $20.

I have a HCF factions spawn that is 96x96. it is sort of a desert theme but would look nice in any server! (Images shown here: )
The biding for this will start at $10 with increments of $3.The BIN is $30

That was on May 20th, over 2 months ago. And SimplyHCF wasn't opened until July 3rd.
