Small to Large Youtubers (Old-Style Factions)

Greetings marketeers,

I've recently released a server under the name of OsirisPvP, the basis being around the "old style" factions, while also combined with the new tech, Many large networks i feel are moving away from the core of factions, being SaiCoPvP's past community manager, i felt as though players miss this old style, so in turn i decided to use my knowledge to release this.

But like any new server, I have struggled with a player base, i began with an average of 5 players, but has since dropped when no new competition joined. I have listed on minecraft server lists, but am unsure if i want to spend money on sponsored slots, or to keep to a community feel with youtubers.

I have currently organised for a some "larger" youtubers to record on the server through advertising agents, but am now looking for quite a few smaller ones to add to the server, I am willing to pay certain people based on quality, view count, and community interaction. I have no set subscriber count, as i dont feel thats what gets players, its moreso views on the videos.

I am looking for people to provide full series on the server, to grow alongside us. And if growth goes well for us, then it also benefits you as you are broadcasting to a larger audience. I dont really have a set item/payment to give you, but i am open to negotiations as to what you would want. Contact me and we can discuss from there.

In regards to a youtube rank, i dont particularly want to give this to all users, instead i would rather implement ways which you would complete "mission type objectives" in videos to unlock certain perks in game.
