Small warp plugin with a twist

I made a closed off zone, so no people can enter or leave(has no doors or holes).
What i'm looking for is a plugin which does these things in sequence.

If a person does /safari following things need to be done:
1. Check balance of the player if it's above the *setamount*:
2. Take *setamount* from player
3. Warp player to *setwarp1*
4. Start a countdown timer for that player of *configurabletime*(probably 10min)
5. Notify player halfway
6. Notify player with 1min left
7. Upon countdown reached warp player to *setwarp2*

Now there's one or two things i would like to have added aswell but don't know if it's possible.
A. when they enter the zone and the countdown starts, they have no items but are given a /kit
when there time is up they get there items returned(should be 100% hackproof if enabled, no duping)
B. add them to a group calles afari when they get warped, and when they leave add them to their previous group.

I don't know what happens when they disconnect or log out, but they don't have access to /warps, /back /home, /tpaccept etc in that zone so they cannot leave actually. So keep in mind what would happen when people would disconnect in the meantime(timer, items, etc)

The hardest part seems to be the temporary removing of items.
