Yes I could do something like that however it is not a small website. It is fairly advanced.

"Plans" Page > something like theirs.
"About" Page

Most of that site is made with PHP I was stating, that's not to say you can't make something similar with HTML.

I understand that. I was just saying most of it, especially the pages he wants, don't need php. The only thing on plox.host that I can see needing php is the news at the top and the stats counter.
