I am very skeptical about you. I have heard the name Chuggs before, so I did some investigating.
One thing I would like to first point out is how your banner is such poor quality?

Anyway, this is what I found.

Video by suchspeed who has 58k, the link he provided in his desc does not send it to your channel.


A fan-art made from over a year ago, once again with a link to "ChuggsMC" channel, which does not direct me to your channel.


A speedart made by a professional graphics designer from one year ago. A link to Chuggs' channel is also provided, which of course does not go to yours. Now, the most greatest piece of evidence of here is in the description also where the poster states "I give you guys another speedart of a banner for Chuggs, I know I know guys Chuggs is GoldEllipse now but I made this speedart a while ago and I feel that you guys need to see it cause in my opinion it turned out to be great."

So this kind of makes it look like you just stole his old identity, and with it his graphics.

GoldEllipse's channel https://www.youtube.com/user/GoldenEllipse he now has 22k.

Don't worry buddy, I purchased the rights to the name and art from John (GoldEllipse) about a week ago now, I was going to make a video explaining all of this. Sorry for the inconvenience but I also have a 3k channel for Chuggs before my new one.

Thanks for the speedy response and for clearing it up. As I was saying, I was skeptical. Would you be able to post some quick proof right now? It'd help out.
