Small Youtubers (For Money)

I am looking for some small youtubers that are able to raise the playerbase at my server a bit. As I am a starting server it's hard to get a decent playerbase. The server does have around a 5 playerbase atm but I would like to increase that. Anything would be good, reviews, series etc.
The price I will pay will be around 35-45 average views / $1. Ofcourse we can always discuss those prizes.

The server is an assassin creed server that has been on for around 2 weeks now. We have features like: Walljumping, wallclimbing, assassinations, parkours, quests, prestige system and more. The ip is ac.minecustoms.net if you want to check it out first.

Like I said I am still kinda new to this How is $8 for 1k average views on a video? Server is still unique and custom after all.

Good luck. 09sharkboy averages ~350 views and charges $~10-20 per video.
