I am looking for small YouTubers who get a regular quantity of views. I am looking to fill two advertisement spots at the moment. I need one video from someone with an average of at least 1,000 views. I need a video series from another person with an average of at least 100 views. I will pay around 10 cpm for the singular video, and around 20 cpm for the series. Payment will depend on the content you make and the number of views you get.
