HEy I'm looking for a SMP plugin that I can claim land in. I tried Towny, residence, and I also tried to implement factions plugin into it. I also tried claimchunk, guildssmp, everything and I can't find a plugin to claim bases. It would be great if there was a plugin out there that u can make a team, claim, and set HQ. I'm doing to youtuber series. So far I have me, (1k sub's) and I have Cibay (3.5k sub's)
