Never knew SMP servers could be sold. I could sell an SMP I host since we close yesterday, but that's like human trafficking and no one plays on the SMP.

Don't smps usually have no plugins?

I just want a few plugins, max maybe around 10. Just like a plugin to show tags (Staff members mainly and donors), worldguard and chat permissions and such.

Contact your host they should still have it.

I've got a Factions Server which is also very much Survival (Herobrine, Giants, etc.), plus the benefit of Factions that you can claim Chunks and make griefing almost impossible. More Information over here:
