Not really advertising I'm offering him a server which his is looking for.

He's asking for an SMP server, not a Skyblock, Has he at any point said he would accept other gamemodes? No.
You are breaking the rules, at least accept the fact and apologies, instead of looking like a lier trying to save himself.
Not trying to be rude in any sense, but that what you did there is very disrespectful to Trent as you are basically trashing his thread.
