Hello, thats right we are recruiting 1-2 more developers/server setup specialists and we need them asap! As fast as our network is growing and will be growing we need some people on the move throughout the server and to work with my lead developer Local to create awesome and eye catching setups. Only thing we can do is to make sure they know our services take a lot of time and effort, and as such it should be correctly rewarded. The real issue on this forum is not people that want free workers, it's people who post without mentioning a budget, then steal your work without rewarding you

I agree, but I'd be more than happy to work for someone for free who truly needs the help and truly can't afford to pay. But, when I see someone who owns a huge network and probably gets tons of donations and DOESN'T want to pay and it's not that he CAN'T pay it gets me pissed off because there are tons of other owners out there who could really use the free help instead.
