Snapanation strives to become one of the most heard names in Minecraft, we have a team of dedicated, loyal and committed staff who work all around the clock to ensure that we have a smooth, lag-free and enjoyable environment for our players to play in.

What do we want to accomplish?

If we give you a brief vision of where we see ourselves, and the goals that we want to accomplish, it would be to have a nice and friendly community where players regardless of factors such as age and ethnicity can join and enjoy themselves without having to be restricted. We do have plans to expand our server into various unique game modes to attract a broader audience. We have a Discord server where our players can take that step further and communicate to make friends.

General Requirements

• Must have a microphone
  
  
• Be at least 12 years old for the lowest positions
  
  
• Must be able to read and write in fluent English
  
  
• can be on the server at least 8 hours per week
  
  
• Be mature, professional, and able to work in a team
  
  
• All staff are expected to be active and will be required to go through a training program.

All applicants will undergo a background check including references









The number of positions will be updated for each rank when a position is taken. Additional Requirements are listed under each rank.

Developer

Positions available: 4
Be active

Must be at least 16
Dedicate 5+ hours a week to the network
Should have experience with Minecraft networks
Must have a clean history (background checks are done)
Must have 2-4 references that could be contacted

You come onto a marketplace website and you request freelancers to come and do work for you for free? That isn't how it works. However, I wish you the best of luck with your server, but, I highly doubt you will find any developers willing to work for free here.

Just thought I'd leave this here. I think the staff a little unprofessional is all really, didn't do anything but talk and observe for a bit. Mr. Jarico impossibly manages to not care and think what I say is cool at the same thing. I can't count how many times he has said cool and don't care. He's a chef--that's his excuse. I have no problem but I think grammar is an important aspect of a successful business group. Anyway, just thought I'd post this. Note: Don't constructively criticize him/them. (None of the higher staff are on. Believe it or not I manage to get myself banned from a lot of these discords just from criticism alone.)
