Yes. As a matter of fact I just resigned it yesterday night around 6PM. If Phantom does not work for some odd reason (crashes, etc.), switch to the "Snapchat++". There's a very tiny chance you can get banned but most people have not been banned from using these 2 apps.

I have been banned for using both.
Actually, one of my account was locked last night for using Snapchat++ shortly after Apple revoked the certificates.
In the past I have also been banned for using Phantom, although CokePokes is now very highly focused on creating a tweak that will not let you get banned.
