Well I'm going on a rant (sorta) I just wanted to make a thread to discuss people's opinions on Sniping services. Do you like them, do you hate them, do you love them to the point you want to bone them?

My personal opinion is snipers are killing the account economy. People like Skill who got the super OP snipers practically ran the OG account business and it really gets under my skin how this is still a thing. Mojang needs to find a way to stop Sniping with whatever they have. Maybe captchas? (This is just my opinion ples don't stab me )

Well taking that I find Snipers to be completely stupid (my opinion as stated in the above post). Why on Earth why I make my own or purchase one? inb4 becoming a hypocrite.

It seems like you're more pissed off that other people are on top while your on bottom with the manual clicking. Not because of the snipers in general.

I've used Snipers before and the ones that are not overpriced eventually died out due to other snipers getting better. Not to mention people getting their own private snipers allowed for a monopoly on OG accounts. That's why I'd like Mojang to fix sniping once and for all. Let it be fair game to everyone. Knowing Mojang I'm sure they don't like people getting unfair advantages over normal users [DOUBLEPOST=1452043783,1452043714][/DOUBLEPOST]Anyway, that's my opinion, everyone has one and I'm not one to judge.

It would depend on a lot moe than just wifi, how fast you can type, etc etc.

There is a fair chance. Anyone can make a sniper. Mojang isn't restricting certain people from making snipers, anyone can make their own sniper so there is already a fair chance for everyone. Even so, a captcha would not solve anything. I can manually complete the captcha days before the name drops and have my sniper do the rest.

You're right about anyone making a sniper. It's just not everyone knows how to do so. That leads to them paying for a decent $200 sniper that may or may not even get the name they want. Or you could learn a language? What makes me irritated is when people assume I was magically born with something that lets programming come easy to me. I didn't wake up one morning and know how to make a sniper. It takes effort and if you don't want to put in that effort you can pay someone. It's your choice nobody is forcing you to pay these "crazy prices."

I didn't wake up one morning and know how to make a sniper. It takes effort and if you don't want to put in that effort you can pay someone. It's your choice nobody is forcing you to pay these "crazy prices."

What makes me even more irritated is when people put words into my mouth, I never said you were "magically born" with coding abilities. Nor did I ever say it "came easy to you" I also have been putting in some effort to learn some coding via school. They teach basic useless code unfortunately. The only reason you're even here is because you have a sniper and are on the other side of my opinion and probably like using them. Which is ok and all it just makes sense for why you immediately began attacking my opinion.
