Sniping Question

I don't understand this at all, I clicked queue snipe for the name Cash on chearfuls Sniper at the perfect time (35 days 23 hrs and 59 secs) before the name dropped and it said someone else got the name... I super mad now I only have MC Sniper but it says I can't snipe it yet. Does anyone know how long before the actual drop can you snipe on MC Sniper?

If you own an OG name, but it has a bad name history on that account, or it isn’t secure. You can contact the two big snipers, and they will setup the snipe before anyone gets the chance for a fee. That way you can transfer your name from one account to another in the safest way possible. Someone could have done that.
