Long story short, I don't own my own server anymore. I wondered if anyone knew who is behind Snow Storm Servers?

They have had a server that means a lot to me offline since the 23rd of last month. Not so much as a ticket response in weeks. Someone has got to know the contact details or who is behind it. It is painful for me to watch the community I learned how to play minecraft on suffer because of this shitty host.

Here is the staff list, if anyone can let me know if you recognise any of them or have had any contact with them/ that company it would be greatly appreciated.

I do not own nor operate this business anymore, I have stepped down from it fully, if the new owners have not bothered to reply thats none of my business.

Sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused you but it is out of my hands. And, rwsender, I don't think you're in any position to tell me what time frame I have to do what. Its a free world I live in.

EDIT: I've asked the new owners to remove me and our old staff members from the staff page, as they're no longer directly affiliated with SnowStormServers either.

As for my reasons to selling out are both my own, and fairly personal. If you'd like to know more details please feel free to add me on Skype @rexs183. I'm more than willing to help you out in any way I can. As far as getting your server files. That's something I cannot do.

Since there has been no communication at all, we did not know this happened. The guy paid the $100 bill and his server has been offline + now has a website set up on he IP address assigned to his server that he did not create.

Who are the new owners of the business and what are they seriously playing at leaving people in the dark?

I'm not sure what you expect me to do? I left the business because, like I said both personal & health issues. I can't speak for the new owners as, well I'm not them. If they're leaving people in the dark and that's the way they conduct business so be it. I'm not in a place to judge. Frankly it is none of my business.

I'm not happy that my now Ex clients are being mistreated a company I founded. But I'm not going to stress about it. If you want help, the best thing I can say is submit a ticket. Sorry for this inconvenience. But like I have said 3 time now; It's out of my hands. Both figuratively and literally.

This event has been happening for me for around a month down. None of my emails, tickets, and other forms of communication are not getting replied to and my dedicated server is down and I lost access to all of my files. My players are getting pissed off. I would not recommend SnowStormServers to anyone as of now and I was sponsored by them for a year. I am forced to remake my whole network, which took months to make, due to the shitty support and lost of access to files.

Yeah, they shut off the customer base and re-purposed the dedicated server that I'm enquiring about. It's not even just bad business practise, its pure scum to ruin someones hard work(This was a 30-40 player server, 3 weeks of downtime could be a disaster).

Really before you stepped down you should of contacted customers and told them the situation and double check ed what the new owners were going to do with the company.

Thats my view on it.

Ever heard of a quiet sale? When people buy businesses out; large or small people ensue fear (rightfully). This was purely done as I did not want something like this to occur. I can't speak for the people who now own and manage the business but I can surely show my side of what happened. I can't disclose any information but I'm not going to take slander to my name as I personally feel I haven't done anything wrong.
