I know some guys here own hosting companies. It has 2 dual PSUs ( redundancy I suppose ) , 16GB DDR3 Ram, a 4 core, 2.5 GHz Xeon X3440, aswell as a 500GB HHD. What's this worth?

Worth about 140 with Dual Power supplies. What brand is the server? dell, HP, Supermicro, IBM, sun micro?

looks like an old t320, Id say 100$ might even be a T310. I Haven't seen once since the mid 2000s. This is a tower server so not really ideal for colocation without a rack shelf or rack conversion kit.

I had a feeling it was a tower. Honestly, I'd say $80-$100. Most people want 1U or 2U servers to rack mount in a datacenter. Towers (especially one with that low specs) just aren't really worth it for most. If you try and sell it on mcm, expect people to offer $70 or so.
