So I have a question

I put this in the plugins area cause I thought it would fit the best. So my question is, I am going to make a factions server then let a free download, am I allowed to include feather board etc as I need it on the server or would I have to find a free scoreboard plugin. I also have more premium plugins in the server that I want to put in there. Yeah I didn't know if I could use them or not in the free download but you guys are smart so help me

You can't even include free plugins if you don't have distribution rights.

Doesn't matter if you are giving it away for free, or selling it. If you don't have distribution rights then you cannot distribute it. Look at the plugin's license.
