Only deal with sellers who are either reputable or have had their accounts for a very long time without any negative reports this will prevent you from getting scammed!

For example when I started two weeks ago I wasn’t reputable at all but I’ve had my account for like 4 years and one positive rep and people trusted me.[DOUBLEPOST=1602737137][/DOUBLEPOST]Also please never open a dispute

If you paid with a bank or card call them and explain the situation, you wouldn’t even need PayPal’s help
