Silly rant tbh, ignore me if you wish xD

So I logged into my buycraft store today to do some editing, and i got hit with a red bar with, all our merchants must fill in a gdpr form and submit it.

So I'm sitting here thinking "Uh, what on earth is that?"

Anyway I take a look at it and basically its like one of those tests that you got and never really understood, but attempted to do it anyway so the teacher doesn't mismark you for not participating. Like WHAT?

I tried to fill it in to the best of my knowledge but i swear in my many years of playing with servers this is hard, I don't understand half of the stuff they are saying! They could be speaking another language!

And fyi I used to think that figuring out mojang EULA compliance was hard. jeez. why do they even think that we know this stuff, im so confused! anway, screenshots below, leave a comment, i'm intrigued to see if anyone agrees with me on this whole drama surrounding data that its basically an alien language.

TL|DR I totally nailed it.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

They are threatening to not show players names and emails, which is an annoying thing for some owners such as myself.. it sucks

I don't agree with the 2nd explanation slightly.

From the fact it could of been constructed better from what I gathered, it simple works like this:

Purchase from Store > Paypal Authentication > Minecraft Authentication > Buycraft Authentication > Purchase pushed to website/server.

So the player details are stored in the Store, Mojang, Website/Server and personal details are stored in Payal and Store.

That's to answer the question simply.

Cheers.

EDIT: It's required due to new laws sadly so it's either best to fill it out and get full access to what you need or nah.

It’s because of new laws regarding privacy. Not their choice.
Thank God at least one person gets it. Guys, I know that this is complicated, but it needs to be done for the overall betterment of privacy in online commerce. If I were you, I’d consider getting some (semi-)professional help to fill out such forms.
