He was banned for scamming. Made a new account, and got banned for using an alternate account.

I saw he hit 500 posts, posted on his wall and decided to stalk him for a bit, I look at his mc on namemc, saw GeneralMayhem19 in the name history and remembered it was an mcm scammer so I reported to Doge via pm and thebaum64 on skype

asa - how do we know for sure that he was indeed GeneralMayhem? Maybe they were friends. You can't ban someone of that little tiny thread of proof. What tells you that Chump doesn't have counter-evidence proving that they were friends and that he received GeneralMayhem's old MC account?
