Today I will be sharing with you what you will need to do to be staff on SoaringPvP. SoaringPvP is an HCF Based server. HCF stands for hardcore factions, In hardcore factions, There is something called DTR. DTR stands for Deaths Till Raidable, So if a player dies in a faction and there faction has 6.5 DTR, They will now have 5.5 DTR, Thats one thing you need to know about being staff, Because if someone dies unfairly you will need to regenerate their DTR and revive them. As I just said, You will need to "Revive" them if they die unfairly. To revive someone if they die unfairly you will need to do /lives revive (player) and you will need to give their inventory back by doing /deathbans inventory rollback (player). And then you will need to learn how to do staffmode, To get in staff mode and show the scoreboard, You can do /staffmode to show the scoreboard, to get in the staffmode that has items, You can do /mod. Ok, So now you know that, You will be tested on your abilities to deal with players as I will set up a scenario that you will have to deal with. Ok, You may now fill out the application and be reviewed. We are mostly looking for Trial Moderators and Builders. Thank you.

Looks good, might apply when server goes into further progress, however, the current stage looks great at the moment. Might be a little bit to early looking for Staff Members, but, I'm sure a lot of Staff Members are familiar with the requirements requested.

Have you had any past experience » I have not had any experiences on any hcf servers but I have been staff on a couple of normal factions servers.
I know all the commands but I don't want to list them because of eye rape.

Are you staff on any other servers currently »No I am not staff on any server as of right now.

Why should you be chosen as a staff member »I should be chosen as a staff member because I am a fun person. I will play games with the staff team when I am not on the server, I will do my job while I am on the server, I love to help with support rooms when I talk to my friends that are staff on different servers. I am a mature person even though I am only 14, I can be a shit head at other times (When I'm tired).

Why do you want to become staff » I want to be staff because I'm getting a little bored of minecraft and I want something new to experience. I also want to be staff because I am friends with the owners and some of the staff members and I want to become friends with all of them.

Why should you be chosen as a staff member »Well because of me being a factions staff member i am used to banning players for hacking.I got promoted to Admin Because I was one of the oldest staff members i was there for 1 year.I am used to HCF Commands Ive Been Testing Some Plugins Just Incase If i got added as a staff member in any HCF Server/Network.
Why do you want to become staff »Well Ive Never Been Staff In A HCF Server So i Want To learn How The Community's Are. Ive Heard They Are Alot More Toxic Than Normal Faction/Kitpvp Players.I Want To Learn How To Use All Commands I Know Very Few.
