Social Media Manager for CS2 Community Servers

Hello, I'm one of the community leaders for YappersHQ.com. Currently we are running CS2 Servers (Jailbreak, Trouble in Terrorist Town) in Europe and North America (We have room to expand into other games as well). We just launched recently and we are still in our early stages and we are looking to grow our player-base (At the moment we are seeking out to boost our already running Jailbreak server, to spread a word that we are there, later there would be more campaigns). We are filling the empty gap on Europe, as there any competitors at this day. Thus we are looking for social media manager, as we are not seasonal cash grabber Minecraft server and having things running for long-term.

Currently around 400 members on Discord just with Word of Mouth (without any paid advertisements or social media posts)

What we could expect from a person:

Primary

• Making posts on Social media
• Run paid advertisement campaigns where most of our most of donation money will go to (we may take out some money for other expenses, but mostly we want to have constant advertisements going).
• Pushing events within our existing community related to content gathering
• Editing videos for reels, fun moments. (Adding video effects on video, sound effects, making montages)
• Most importantly become a part of community, even play sometime on our own servers to get a grasp what's happening. (Unless you can prove us that you are good enough without that)

Secondary

• Contacting with streamers to have a play session on our servers
• Taking care of our GFX (can be AI generated with touch of photoshop)

We are not interested to:

1. One time PAID post advertisements on discords with our discord invite link
2. Giveaways

And our community mostly consists of 20-30 yrs old guys, we are looking for 12-18 yrs old players (so I bet TikTok would be great social media platform for it).
