I have had an idea in mind for a few months now and I have finally decided to make my idea into reality and execute.

So basically I'm going to be setting up a Social Media Website similar to Twitter and Facebook. I thought about it and I have fully understood that I cannot do this by myself and I need to recruit a Manager.

As the manager your duty is to

• Recruit new employee's.
• Make sure all employee's are in order.
• Advertisement.

They are a few duties but there is a lot more which will be discussed later.
