Hello there!
My name is Damijan and I'm 23 years old. I am the main owner of a Minecraft server named SoenixCraft Network.
Server and game presentation:
We have a server hosted on Seflow s.n.c. and is a Dedicated Server with powerfull CPU, RAM and SSD. Server-Network will be BungeeCord-PaperSpigot 1.8 - 1.15. When the server opens it will be possible to play the following gamemodes: Practice, SkyWars (Ranked, Normal, Insane Modes), BedWars (Semi-Ranked and Normal Modes), Factions (/f-top prices every month), SkyBlock (best islands prices every month), UHC (UHC Meetup, normal uhc, Random UHC..etc etc) and gamemodes that fall under the Minigames category. Each gamemode will have unique things, plugins and buildings that will attract players back. For now, these servers are the main thing modes. We chose Tebex as an online store because it seems to be affordable and customer friendly. As for the website, we have people who will do custom Tebex (Store), Bans (Litebans), NamelessMC (Forums), Main Page (First page)..etc etc themes for us.
Regarding Anticheat:
Because we all know that the biggest problem with having a minecraft server is that you have a hard time getting rid of cheaters we choose Spartan and NCP Remake with custom configs specifically for our network.
How would we get players and how to make them come back:
For now, we have a couple of big and small Youtuber's and Twitch streamers booked, we will have Battle Pass (Free & Paid) the same as Fortnite and PUBG, we will also have when a player invites a friend and when that new player plays a certain time on the server he will receive a prize (Non-Purchased rank or something like that) which will make it at least a little easier for them to play on the server, but of course we do not forget about the Vote rewards because of course it is usual to have on the server and Cosmetics (Loot chests, gadgets, companions, particles..etc etc)

You need to be at least 16 years old to be able to apply for staff position! (Other requirements you will found out on application document)
If you are interested into staffing on our network please send me DM or just comment down bellow and i will forward to you application document so you can fill it up beacuse our website is not up yet!
