Hey ya'll Im sofshyy the owner of Sofshyy SMP
I am interested in hiring 3 managers for my
server

About sofshyy SMP

Sofshyy SMP is a lore smp with the theme
of cottage core, equestrian and fairies. This server
Is also crossplay allowing bedrock & java players to play
together )

Positions & Requirements

Server Manager:

1. Check staff applications regularly and prioritise which should be passed on to owners
2. Respond to reports of staff behaviour and act accordingly.
3. Ensure that all reports are resolved
4. Monitor how staff members resolve reports and appeals and ensure they are doing so correctly
5. Answer questions regarding the correct handling of reports and appeals
6. Review server suggestions and priorities which should be passed on to owners
7. Review Bug Reports Etc
8. Oversee general staff management

Media Manager:

1. Ensure that the media team is working on a variety of different material (I.e videos, forum posts etc.
2. Communicate with all other Management roles to prepare server trailers
3. Ensure that all server marketing material is check regularly for any updates, errors etc (I.e invalid links)

Community Manager:

1. Create Events for the server and ensure that it is equally distributed throughout the server, also to help ensure that all lore and quests are up to standards.
2. Liaise with the media team to ensure that the servers public image is impeccable
3. Ensure that all players are engaged and act accordingly if there are any community based issues
