Hello, MCM!
We are currently looking for staff members for SoirPvP!
Here's what we need.
This is a new hcf network that is releasing really soon.
Managers
Admins
Moderators
Trial-Moderators
Staff Member Requirements
1) You must not cheat.
As a staff member on SoirPvP, you are representing how players should behave on the network.
2) You must be at least 14 years old.
We find that 14 is the sweet spot for becoming a staff member. You are mature enough to handle serious situations such as drama and you take your job seriously.
3) You must not have previous bans on SoirPvP and The Strafe Network.
We only currently accept members who have previously never been banned on SoirPvP or The Strafe Network, this is to ensure that you are not applying for the staff rank for malicious intent such as Ban-Alls, teleporting friends, etc.
4) You must be able to record at least 720p60fps
We require all Trial Moderators to record the hackers they find. This is to prevent false bans which later cant be proven.
5) You must have a decent microphone
As you will be mostly using discord's voice channels in order to screenshare someone we require you to have at least a decent microphone. We do not want players complaining that they can't understand a staff member because of their microphone's quality.
6) You must not use Screenshare Tools that aren't verified by the management team.
We require our staff members to only use tools that have been verified by the management team as safe to use.
We do not want players getting infected with viruses caused by leaked or ratted screenshare tools.
7) You must not make exceptions to your friends.
All players should be treated equally this means if you find out your friend is cheating you must ban him for the exact same amount of days everyone gets banned in this case 30 days.
You must not be affiliated with any hacking teams.
For obvious reasons, we do not accept members who are affiliated with hacking teams. This includes ETB, GorillaTeam, #ISP, etc.
9) You must not be a staff member on blacklisted servers.
We do have a list of blacklisted servers that for security reasons you can't be a staff member on.
For Moderator and up you need past experience.
We are offering Trial Moderators positions for people who want to start being a staff member somewhere but have nowhere to start.
