Devouch for BrandoCraftHD, from my experience with him, he is scummy by nature.
Kithex, a build team ran by my mate nick, and I helped manage, built the original factions spawn for Berserk that they used for a couple of months. The transaction for the build was smooth, though then upon release of the server, we discovered that Brando had removed all credits from the build that he had to keep according to our ToS that he agreed to. We then approached him regarding it and he simply said that he "didn't care" and then banned us from his server in multiple attempts to talk to him made by multiple people. Within our ToS, we had a term that enabled us to release a build for free upon breach of the ToS, though we never bothered releasing it. If you want proof of this scenario, I'd be happy to provide.
EDIT: The server was pretty much dead last time I checked - don't quote me on that though.

You never showed me your TOS or proof of me signing it lol, you also left arounnd 10 signs around spawn saying you built it then said you were going to sue me lol! Then you would come onto alts and spam our players to not play so yea I banned you.
You paid via Buycraft and agreed to our ToS (as you have to in order to purchase) like we explained at the time. Before handing over the files, you agreed that the credits were fine as well. The 'alts' were actually people of our build team, who were genuinely made that an eighteen year old couldn't understand basic ToS. The never discouraged players to play, they just tried to communicate with you and the legal threats were simply because they were mad. We, the management, never encouraged our team to do that, they were just as pissed off as we were when they found out.
I can provide proof of you agreeing to ToS if you really want, so please don't blatantly lie.

No one, and I mean no one. Is going to spend $500 on a setup unless it was totally custom from scratch or an exact copy of hypixel or badlion. The server it self looks kinda meh and from his entire you seem like a shitty dude. Also the history of the pb isn't worth anything if they stopped player. I will give you this though, the artwork seems ok but kinda stereotypical shield stuff.
Servers now sold a Private buyer bought it out.
