You can CB with a bank, and I'm pretty sure Zelle is through a bank, at least it is with mine.

What bank do you have? I think all banks can CB.

M&T Checking account -- They are official partners with zelle and as somebody who got beamed $800 using zelle I can assure you they offer no CB.

With my bank at least, you can't chargeback Zelle. I've tried because I've gotten scammed before.
