All these plugins are public. It would take me ~10 min to find the plugins, ~30 minutes of configuration(at most) to do exactly what you have. Custom plugins help a ton when dealing with things like this.

This is something that can be easily setup in nearly 25minuites if you're good at making servers. This isn't a hard concept to add kits, and groups etc.
