The guy I bought it from, Had posted about 3 times and 2 accounts, when He sent me the files and such it was very buggy and all out of date, I would also like to add that in the previous sales thread he had he stated over $600 in donations, all of the donations where added manually and by the same IP one after each other.

It's legit like running any other server. Plugins do most of the work for you. You can hire someone to help you or even own it with you.
