Hello,

This relatively simple spawn was intended for a specific project of mine that didn't end up panning out. As such, I didn't think to take screenshots throughout the build process, but my post history should help to serve as evidence that I've reliably sold spawns that I've created in the past.

As you can see in a couple of the screenshots, the build is attached to a small "snowish" warzone area, so I can provide you with the full world file or a schematic of just the spawn depending on your preference.
