Greetings everyone!
It saddens me to do this put I have decided to sell my long running factions server. Over the past few months a lot has happened in my life, and i've decided that I can no longer properly manage my server or maintain it. I'm looking for a dedicated community member to take my place as the owner of LitPvP Factions.
ABOUT THE SERVER
LitPvP started July 4th, 2015. During its course we have hit over 100+ players multiple times and it has made very good revenue over that same time as well. I personally was very inconsistent with advertising, resets, and developing the server over the course of the first year and a half. Lot of the potential revenue during that time was lost due to my inconsistency. Although, i'm sure that a knowledgeable owner can easily bring this server to its peak! Over the course that the server has been running, every map for the server was created from scratch until recently. Now I just do minor updates to the current files and minor changes with minimal advertising and it still manages to make a profit!
WHAT YOU GET
When you purchase this server, you will receive the following:
This sale does not come with the website or hosting, but I will help you with anything you need and I am flexible, I can work with anyone.
- The server domain of litpvp.com. This has been the only domain used to get players and it has 100% of the players join it. Currently has an extremely dedicated and active playerbase with no advertising. (Transferred through namecheap, proof https://i.gyazo.com/d8ff96e2d5733a2ff2bd7b24cdc69ea8.png)
- The files for the server which contains tons of beautifully configured plugins, organization, and lots of custom plugins as well. These files have been tested over the past 3 maps and have worked perfectly with no lag issues or economic problems. (Transferred through an ftp server, dedicated will not be provided but I can host the server while you set stuff up)
- Our community discord which contains 182 members (we've rarely advertised it until recently) which looks amazing.
REVENUE OF THE SERVER
As state previously, revenue has been inconsistent because I am inconsistent. I would delay resets and I wouldn't advertise much, although the server was able to make $38,000 as a whole with my consistences. Incredible right? Per map the server could generate an upwards of $3000+ over the course of a month an a half when I put the most effort which was still minimal to what you could possibly do. PLAYERBASE
During the entire time the server has been running, we've gathered an active and dedicated community. Lots of players from previous resets always come on a play on the server and overall, tons of players have known about the server. The server can hit 100+ players at SOTWs without any advertisements and actively play for the duration of the season. The playerbase that stays always depends on the advertisements you get though! I want to remind you that I rarely bought advertisements and, as you can tell from the monthly chart, I am very inconsistent with resets. Although the server still manages to generate a reasonable profit and always brings players, with minimal advertising of course, every reset. One good youtuber for a reset can guarantee steady income for the duration of the map.
SERVER FILES
Now to the best part of this server. The files have been crafted over a while and can be easily reused for maps to come. I keep all of my configurations organized and without any errors. Tons of meticulous edit and configuring has been done with each config and language file so the server overall has a very clean and consistent look to it. This organization makes it so you can easily re-purpose plugins and configs, edit them, and reset the map easily as well. With these files, you won't just be investing in some factions server, you can reuse lots of the configs and files for any other project you might create.
Obviously though, we're here to talk about the files as a whole for this specific server. As you can see from the donations and playerbase, the files at their current state with proper advertising can keep the server running as a whole for months! I want to now get into the custom features that come with this server:
kTweaks - Our factions core that includes patches and other useful factions features for you. It is semi configurable and comes with the source code.

- /back command - Back plugin for donors to go back to their previous location
- /fasttnt command - Crafts tnt using gunpowder in the players inventory. Works with economy too.
- /fly command - Custom factions fly so players can fly in their land or allies land (May have bugs)
- /nv command - Night vision command that gives infinite night vision
- /ping command - Gives the player their ping and checks ping of other users
- /pots command - Stacks potions into 8 item sized stacks
- /randcmd command - A configurable system to send a list of randomly chosen commands
- /rawmsg command - Send a raw message with color code support
- /reclaim command - A donor reclaim command so donors can reclaim keys or rank specific items every season
- /stnt command - Launches a primed tnt block from where you stand to where you're looking
- /swpick command - Shockwave pickaxe system in the core that supports 3x3, 5x5. 7x7, 9x9, 11x11 sized pickaxes
- /tpa, /tpaccept, /tpdeny commands - Tpa commands for players that aren't from essentials, has a 20 second timeout
- /tweaks reload command - Reloads the config in game

- AntiWaterSpawners Module - Stops players form watering spawners

- DisableBoat Module - Stops players from playing boats in in land that isn't theirs to prevent glitching
- DisableEPearl Module - Stops players from throwing epearls in water in claims that aren't theirs and stops players from throwing epearls while flying
- DisableItemDestroy Module - Configurable way to stop items from getting destroyed when they blow up or fall in lava
- DisableJoinQuit Module - Disables join and quit messages
- FixCactus Module - If there are too many dropped items in one area where cactus is growing, cactus will not be allowed to grow
- LavaSponge Module - Lets players sponge water and lava
- LimitCrafting Module - A crafting blacklist
- NetherWater Module - Lets players place water in the nether
- NoAnvilBreak - Stops anvils from breaking
- NoFallDamage - Stops fall damage if players are in their own territory
- NoShiftAnvil - Prevents players from shift clicking in anvils to reduce glitching
- NoTntDamage Module - Stops players from taking TNT damage if they have a permission
- NoVoid Module - Stops players from glitching into the void to prevent glitching
- NoWaterRedstone - Stops water from destroying redstone items
- NoWeather Module - Stops weather from happening like rain
- SandStacking Module - Allows sand to stack on cactus
- TNTBlockFix Module - Makes fences and similar blocks act as full blocks when getting hit with tnt

Now we get to the important part. As I said before, lots of things have changed in my life in the past few months and I need someone to take the server off my hands. I understand the server presented has a ton of potential but I want the buyer to have some budget left after the sale. I will work with you fully after you purchase it to help you get it up and running without issues.

Yes, at the moment the server is getting botted, all of their IP's are brazilian proxies so I can't IP ban. This has happened last season as well. At the moment there are probably around 30-40 real players. Once the server restarts and I implement the AntiVPN plugin again, this issue will be fixed.
EDIT: To those who are watching the thread, the server host was changed tonight because I will not be paying for the dedicated it currently has. The host is another dedicated from my trusted friend Neomiyah, and it has multicraft on it so when you purchase it, I can easily give you access to download the files.
Because of the hosting change, the domain may take up to 24 hours to update for some players, meaning the playerbase will be smaller than usual tomorrow.
The botting issue has been fixed as well.

What is the MCM username of the person who offered $1750?
