The spawn isn't great at all, it's basically just a floating rock at this point. If you where to expand with small bridges to even smaller islands with towers and other stuff like that, it would be worth a bit more. But as I have deal with servers in my past, I know how to tell what's worth and what's not worth anything.
I personally don't think custom terrain is a memorable mention, I know a few people who can do that for a few bucks at most.

But to be fair you're not including premium (paid) plugins in your bundle(Like epic world generator), and if you are do you have permission to redistribute the plugins from their developers?
