At the moment we are only looking for people wanting to work on the server with us without extra pay, but this may change in the future depending on interest. Great question!
we already have a few people who have joined up because they want to work on something fun and unique. and thats what we want for the server is for the development process to be a bunch of people having fun making something they want to make, not being there because they are being paid. But i completely understand the people who are looking only for paid jobs seeing as this is a market forum but this wouldnt be the server for them
