[Solved] Factions Help

I need factions for 1.8 but its not working ive added the core it needs with the same version but it still does not work when i do /f help is says Unknown command. Type "/help" for help. and in the console it says nothing but and in /plugins it says its there

Make sure you have the right plugin version for your server.

Also is the plugin red in /plugins?

right plugin and no its not red
