Well done on the fantastic job honestly. Hate to break it to you, but welcome to Minehut. I have been around their nonsense for years, such as running MC networks, they lost all customer data once due to a hack exploit in the Skript plugin, so all servers were lost but luckily they had some backups. If they didn't have your server, they paid you 10000 credits. Now, after this, they made all the plugins free which caused community outroar on the forums.gg site (The software they used). Unfortunately they got hacked again a few months later and all their external backups were completely wiped and no one had any server data anymore. This lost faith in Minehut for a good year and funnily enough they changed their forums software for two reasons - First off, the community outrage was mental and was just pathetic to watch from my standpoint. Secondly, they needed a fresh coat of paint after being owned by Super League.

In otherwords, Minehut is just a cesspool of staff they really couldn't care less at this point, and they don't do their fact checking before hosting events and giveaways. Even Trent as shown in the screenshots is naive but the problem is they have enough income to support you builders even IF the event organisers fell through. They have done about 3 of these events which the organisers fail to provide income and honestly spoken to some of the staff about this crazed advertisement scheme they pull off.

Don't give up hope just yet, be patient and keep trying. Eventually they will hopefully pull through. Now you have video evidence and posting it on a market like BuiltByBit, people can finally see my comments on the above of Minehut and honestly their stories are just a joke at this point.

Thank you for the information about Minehut. It sounds like there have been some issues with the company in the past,
including data loss and hacked servers. It also seems that there has been some frustration from the community regarding certain events and giveaways..
It's always good to be patient and not give up hope, I'll keep that in mind and hope that they will improve their services in the future.
