Yes i was thinking the same,
as they want a person with alot of experience, has money to spend on them, and able to withstand critisizm, all for a non payed position.
note this would be okay if you did not add the part of ''Small budget to help contribute to plugins. (Not essential but preferred)''

The small budget will be a maximum of $2-$5. And the only reason I would need this is if I were short on money for a plugin/hosting payment. This would also be a one-time thing. It also says that this is not essential meaning if you cannot contribute I would not mind. It is not a requirement and I would still consider anyone even if they did not have any money.

The experience can also be minimal. You do not need extensive experience in any of the fields. Just enough so that you know how to do a thing or two.
