Some formatting does not work in resource's terms & conditions.

I decided to update my resource's terms and conditions, I added a list but it does not actually show up when you go to the terms and conditions tab.

What it shows:

Since this is such a minor bug that we seem to have we’re not going to be fixing it. This is due to the fact that we’re migrating to XF2 in the future and when we do that it will require a full re-write of everything from the ground up. Doing this will likely fix the bug you have mentioned and create 100 others in its place.
