Some people's PFP are not showing up correctly on the SB and like the forums. For example Playboy

It’s literally not that hard. You’re correct, if this was your forums I’m pretty sure there would be so many less bugs and the site would be much more optimized, little down time, transparency, and more. Sad to see such a great community have such a bad owner.

I think that you're mistaking being a good owner for being a competent system administrator like Bosny is. We have taken a few days to fix this problem because the system administrator was on vacation. It sucks, but ultimately it was out of my control unfortunately.

I also take issue with the idea that BeBosny would do a better job running the site than I am when he rarely (if ever) interacted with the community or did anything to help the site grow. We both managed the site differently and have focused on different things, with my main focus being community interaction and growth. Bosny managed the site for approximately 8 months and in that time he released one update. I've been managing the site for the past 10-ish months since then and have released a new theme, two charity fundraisers, a community contest, 6 update announcements and an april fools announcement. Is it true that Bosny could have fixed this issue faster than we fixed it? Yes, but that doesn't mean that I'm a "bad owner" of the site. MC-Markets growth over the past 10 months also shows that interacting with the community works and has lead to immense growth.
