? Some reputations show up in "gray / dark theme "

Some reputations for me show in grayscale, or dark theme such as above, not sure what's the difference between those and regular reputations.

That's not a bug, reputation that shows up that way means that the user who left it got banned, it also makes it not count towards your total.

well I mean it's a bad UI decision, they could probably change it to somthing else

It looks fine on the dark theme but yeah it's pretty bad on the default one, they could change it to some sort of light gray.

If this is as simple as a quick change through the ACP then we can get this made soon, but if it'll require something more advanced than that then it'll have to wait until it's resolved in our migration to XF2.
