Some Xenforo help/knowledge

Hello guys,
So i am working on the forums from my server.
But i got a few things i can't manage to find out and i hope you can help me with it:

1. I use the theme UI.X and i would like to know where i can change the colors from everything, like how some things are green and i want them to be another color.
2. On alot of places, lets say at the sticky threads, it says UIX_STICKY_THREADS and i really need to know where i can change that to normal StickyThreads (things like this but then other words are on multiple places on the forums.
3. How can i add more pages? Like LemonCloud has on the top of there forums, multiple pages like voting, rules and home, how do i add a page like that, i can only find where to add a page in the Nodes but then it shows in the middle of the page and not in the top.

Also i do have some html knowledge (a little bit) so when i know where to edit things like colors, i should be fine.

1. You can change colors and fonts in the Style Properties for each theme. Doesn't require editing templates or CSS.

3. You can download the free add-on NodesAsTabs to add navigation items.

I do not know exactly but either search for the Phrase UIX_STICKY_THREADS or go into the template directly 'forum_view'

1. You didn't upload the UI.X Add-on files properly
2. You didn't install the UI.X Add-on properly** Most likely this one <--
