currently, the only client for black ops 2 that is active and has no cheaters is plutonium https://plutonium.pw
but they stopped its development so all known issues wont be fixed,, one of the major issues is that dedicated servers crash a lot.. and i am sick of this.. can someone please develop a new client for black ops 2 pc?
