I need something done with my profile picture, and I have a video link on how to do it. I just need someone with photoshop and who has experience making gif's or animating. The video is a tutorial, I just don't have photoshop or any experience at all. PM me for more details.



I'm looking to have the outskirts of my character (including pikachu) with a small outline like above.
