Not fully sure what you mean, but..
Pepsi owns the trademark "Pepsi". That means that they can file an UDPR claim, which basically let's them take your domain by force. There could also be other consequences.

what i meant is pepsi getting that domain. it was a joke as well, its not worth the price regardless
