Someone to edit UI.X theme (Xenforo)

Hi, I'm looking for someone experienced with Xenforo and web design/development that can edit the UI.X theme, basically just to add my server's logo to the top and center it. Low budget for this, not looking to pay a lot as it's simple.

In this pic, you can see the default ui.x logo:

I want my logo to replace that, and be centered.
