Someone to finish this graphic?

I hired someone to make me a logo for my server, but he didnt finish it he stated he was to busy. He gave me all the stuff for it:

it needs the server name, and just a clean up. He gave me the psd file. If someone could contact me with a price on how much to finish it that would be nice, thanks.

Sorry for any misconceptions. I did not edit that logo in that way to call it finished, and I would certainly not call it professional.

It is a mess, and an experiment, and I would never pay for such a thing, were I buying it.

I simply posted it for the same reason I edited it in the first place, because it's pretty funny
