Someone to fix Multicraft Jar's

So I hired a system administrator for 20/hr, and he didn't do exactly what I really needed to be done even though I wanted Multicraft completely installed, and ready to go!

I'm having an issue with getting Java 16 installed onto my dedicated server so my jar's can run!

Craftbukkit, Bedrock, Spigot, and regular MC all need to be updated, and have Java 16 installed, and my system administrator that I hired said he couldn't do this.
