Someone to Fix my Server Discord (Bots)

I need help With configuration of my bots in my server discord..

*add so People cannot Send Discord links
*add so People cant use bots in some channels. so the chat wont be messy
*add perms so staff can use /ban /tempmute /mute /kick etc ( Setup to Disocrd roles)
*Add more Bots thats Worth having
